Intentional toxic match making.

The past several games have ALL been 4 allies feeding like crazy. All the type of players who don't care how many times they die. These same players never even attempt to help their allies in a team fight. They sit back and wait until there is a champion to last-hit because all they want is the kill.

But the real question is, why are all my games so toxic and frustrating? The answer should be obvious:

Because I am chat restricted and the matchmaking system is trying as hard as it can to create the most toxic possible games it can for me in the hopes that I will rage at these piece-of-shit game destroyers and get my permanent ban.

Don't even try to deny that the system is doing this on purpose. It was clearly designed this way by the scubbags working a Riot who believe that banning all the best players is somehow great for the game.
