Permaban

So I recovered my account to find that it was permabanned... Is there any possible way to get Riot to unban my account. It was not me who did the things to get my account banned.... I would never have done those things, especially after spending so much money on in game stuff knowing that doing certain things would end up getting me banned I would make sure that I would not do those things to get me banned. I don't use hacks or cheats, I don't harass people with hate speech. I did not do the things that my account was allegedly banned for...

I was haven't played for about two years... I returned because I had found out that some of my friends play League of Legends. I thought it was pretty cool and got excited to get back into the game, but only to find out that I was permanently banned.

I never did anything to deserve this ban...

I am posting here because I have already tried contacting Riot and they said that they will not be lifting or changing the ban because even though it wasn't me I am responsible for anything that happens to my account.

I understand the Terms and Agreements and such, but I didn't do any of these things.... Someone else did. Without my permission. I did not allow this. This happened unawares to me.

Is there anything that can be done about this?

riot bans accounts for no reason.

Riot usually holds the account owner responsible for any activity, but you might be able to explain your problem to support.

Make a support ticket. If Riot suspects an account has been compromised, they ban it indefinitely.

I mean they can tell if someone was on your account that wasnt you. Especially using services it would be easy to detect if you were getting boosted, or that you gave someone your account information. But in the end you are responsible for your account, have a strong password, dont download malware/viruses/keyloggers, keeping changing your password frequently, etc.

If you have already contacted Player Support on the matter, then, unfortunately, you're pretty much out of options. You are ultimately responsible for what happens to your account, and if it was out of your control for long enough that someone was able to get it permanently banned for toxicity then you definitely weren't taking the steps required to keep it secure.

Which sucks in this instance, but it is pretty standard Riot policy. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. :(

Send in a support ticket here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hope this helps!
