Inters and afkers in my games

Hi, the idea of lessening the LP loss when you have inters/afkers/etc. on your team has recently been floating around the boards and I had the misfortune of having two games in a row where in the first, I had an inting ezreal jungle and the second game my swain left and I believe my shaco was trolling. So I'm just hoping that some rioters will look into something that will make it so that other players such as myself get punished for inters/afkers.
