Option to report your Team and leave the Match unpunished?

how about a System where the reported Match gets reviewed by a Moderator, just similar to csgo overwatch?

like my team from last Match gave up in the Lobby and it was an "open bot" match which "suprise suprise" we lost.

but being forced to sit there 40min and waste your time cause these kids block every surrender vote .. pure trolling going on and after that i most likely loose all interest in playing league for the next day.
