Hello Riot and anyone listening. I was banned for being toxic a few times but have recently changed and haven't received any restrictions or bans for probably 6-8 monthes maybe more and yet after everygame I still get this message, "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions." I don't receive any fragments and I also can't receive mastery tokens to get mastery 6 & 7 with champions. I emailed Riot asking when I will be able to earn loot again and to no avail, I didn't get a response and that was a while ago. I'm curious if I ever will be able to earn loot again or at least just Mastery Tokens so I turn to the community hoping that Riot will notice this post, talk to me, and give me some information.

its a broken system. If you turn off chat, you wont be able to improve your good sportsmenship. If you leave it on, its almost next to impossible to ALWAYS show good behavior. Pretty much, if you get chat restricted, say good bye to EVER being eligible again. Its a shit system. Only way around it is to create a new account and play on that.
