[Feedback] @Riot; Report Form can be unclear and may possibly cause "false report" flags wrongly

With the current Report Form, it is unclear on what category a player should use to report a player who is doing things that would fall under "Assisting the Enemy Team" that are not intentionally feeding.

Previously, the report system had separate specific options and "Assisting Enemy Team" was one that could be specifically chosen. http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/5/53/Reportnew.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20121027004538

The current Report Form has the title of the report category in color with examples of the offense below it in grey text. The one for feeding reads as this in the client:

Intentional feeding Assisting the enemy, not just having a bad game

This raises confusing questions. Is this report only for intentional feeding? Because that is what the title of the category suggests. However, it also has "assisting the enemy" as part of the description. Even more confusingly, both of these offenses, feeding and assisting the enemy, were under the category of "Griefing" in the previous report system (as shown in the attached image) and griefing is an example that is used in an entirely different category!

This concern is important because we don't know how reports on Riot's side; we don't know what is being looked for in each report category, so we don't know if our choices are going to be read as "false" despite our intentions.

What about a player who tells the enemy what their team is doing in allchat? It's assisting the enemy but it's not charging in alone to feed gold to them like report title says the category is for. How about a player who was assisting the enemy by not finishing low health enemies because he was hoping to let them kill the teammates he was mad at? Does that count as "assisting the enemy" or would you only be flagging your own report as "false" because he was not 0/10? Would it be only causing your own reports to be devalued? Does the "Intentional Feeding" category cause something Riot-side to look for evidence of intentional feeding only? Does anyone know the answer to any of this? Because I don't think the player-base does.
