@Riot: Is the chat from the post-game lobby included in the report automatically?

It would be very helpful to know whether or not it is saved and included. It would save time from trying to explain what was happening and eliminate the need to try and pick and choose the worst of the behaviour.

Because sometimes the amount of blaming and cursing out of teammates for the loss is too long for the description box.
