Matchmaking

I know a lot of people complain about matchmaking but I'm speaking more on anyone who is sub level 30 vs people who are level 30. i just find it frustrating playing a game as a sub level 30 and being matched with a guy from masters or people in gold who could easily carry the game with a full rune page and full mastery page. I'm a low elo player and i created another account so that way i could learn more about the game and do better. On a big scale yes i do suck compared to high silver and beyond that. So that's my reason to going back and starting over and playing my way up. i did choose veteran (I'm assuming that you play other players that are veteran so that way your not a really good player vs a bunch of newcomers to the game, however i may be wrong.) Anyways I feel like I'm getting more frustrated. I found the only way level 30's play below other level 30's are because they are teamed up with a buddy on a smurf account or so forth. riot my question is would it be possible that if a sub level 30 wants to play with a level 30 if they could jump with that 30 in his que or some other matchmaking in the level 30 bracket? cause i feel like my experience is getting crapped on by playing people in a whole other league than i am. this is just my thoughts. i mean it might make sense to me but to others it might not. just wanted to see what other peoples thoughts are peacefully.
