So I recently got a chat restriction. I don't know which game could have given me it, and I admit there have been a few games where I said things I shouldn't have. Is it possible for me to see which game(s) they reviewed to determine my restriction so I will try to refrain from saying these things again?

So follow up question, I saw the chat logs but I don't understand why I got banned for them...maybe it was the Post-Game chat?? But I don't see anything toxic about it in game or pre game.

You cant really engage in arguements in the middle of a game, unless its strategic. Chat is not for arguing about who is being reported, and why and what is reportable. Its for communicating strategy and for neutral or positive conversations if anything. This was just a petty arguement while people are trying to play a game. I would be annoyed and just mute you all, but some dont mute, they just report. Steer clear of petty mid-game arguements.
You've used profanity, you've asked for reports, you've typed troll / trash, you've argued about what's "reportable" or not ... these are all things the IFS hits now...it's a lot of lines of chat too.
You should be very careful with lines like this too especially if it's something that's true: "DragonBreath LoL: im on my friends account"
