Frozen Champ Select

So for the past few months, my client has always been freezing during champ select. Sometimes the audio is still going along with the actual lock ins and stuff. But, sometimes it doesn't. Usually I just guess where the lock in button is and click it in time. But sometimes I can't. Someone help.
