A question about the names that are allowed in League

Why is it that names which are misogynistic, antisemitic, homophobic or outright racist in League allowed to exist? I noticed a player in one of my games called "IHitMyWife" recently (not his full name). It has been 3 days since I reported his name and apparently this guy is still playing on the account with the same name. Similarly, last year, I was a player on a different server, a Singed Main, who was playing with the name: "ChaseMeJ**s" (edited). I reported him and he was still playing on that account two months later. (A quick search on op.gg shows that 4 separate accounts with the same name are still out there on 4 different servers.)

Not only are such name highly distasteful, but I thought Riot was supposed to be keeping an eye on these names. :(

Though the community thinks hate speech is funny and doesn't gaf about racism, riot does. If you see overtly racist or homophobic names - report them and that person will be dealt with. If you ask me there should just be a list of words you can't even put in your name to begin with. Like I know there is some already on a list, but they need to put more race, racist, and slur, words on that list.

There is a report category for offensive summoner name, if I'm not mistaken. Are you reporting for hate speech or offensive summoner name? It matters for the IFS.
