Chat in pre-game and post-game chat - unable to read the last few lines of text

This bug has been in the game for about 3 patches now. In either pre-game or post-game lobby, you are unable to read the bottom lines of text. It seems to be consistently appearing if you have the client set at a higher resolution setting (e.g., 1600 x 900). It's getting a bit on the annoying side - please fix this Riot.
