Thoughts on my Perma-Ban?

Recently this account had been permabanned. The reason? Game 1 was complaining about AR in URF (without swearing at anyone, only at the game) and Game 2, I got reported for my roaming to bot lane and killing my support, so he reported me for God knows what. When I contacted support they simply told me the only reason they won't unban me is because of my 14-Day. Really? I don't break the summoners code but still get reported by trolls, and because of other games that I had already been punished and served a 14 day for, I get perma banned? Why? There is no logical reason that reports should weigh that heavy on people coming off of 14-day bans. At the time I had even gotten out of the Dishonorable state and gotten back into the honor system, but because my top laner roamed bot, I get a permaban. I don't think this is fair in any amount and Riot needs to do a way better job at a banning system than this. I played the game for 3-4 years and this is how they repay me? My support Maokai is flaming the entire team calling everyone trash, but I get hunted down and targeted because I had gotten trouble weeks before. Disgusting and pitiful job.
