Re-Open Summoner Names via Abandoned Accounts

I have been playing League for a very long time and have gone through many names including and however I always find it difficult to find names that are open. However, when I search up most of these names they are level 1 accounts, or very low leveled accounts that have not been used in what I presume years. So my suggestion is why not start removing old abandoned accounts of 2-3 years or more of inactivity to re-open those names to League players who desire them? This would also stop players from choosing less desirable names with numerous random numbers or characters at the end and much more pleasing to the eye

They already clean up names automatically for inactive accounts. You get 1 month of name protection per level (6 minimum), which means a level 1 account can only hold onto it for 6 months without playing, and a level 30 account can for 30 months. If you can't change your name to it, it's because they are more active than you think and might be looking at old match history data. Also, a new account can't take the names, you can only take them through a paid name change.

There are level 1 accounts I have seen and they don't move at all in exp or name. I have also had an account for over a year inactive without anything happening to it?

Someone has to pay to name change to the name you had during the inactive time for anything to happen. like he said new accounts cant take inactive names only paid name changes can.
