By chatlog i mean in the ready screen and in game . This guy afk farmed jg and ignored our pings .. he event went as far as to ban my champ because i didnt agree with what he pasted into the comment when we were in champ select(he told us he was he was going to afk and make it a 4v5 when i told him if hes goign to be like that play with a 5 man). I fed really hard because i thought he was going to jump in ( my team surprisingly wasnt mad at me going 0/10 ) The other team wanted to report me (no one on my team told them to. All my team said is report the jg) Do you think i can get riot to check the chatlogs ? (so he can get banned ? or atlest a warning .... he did say something about owning multiple accounts)

When the tribunal was a thing we could see the chat logs so Im sure the reports take it into account. But nowadays the report system is mostly automated. No rioter is sitting and browsing hundreds of worthless reports. I hear "report xxx" from the losing team after each game.

Chat logs are reviewed. Yes it's automated (unless there's a manual audit), but the system is based on the voting patterns from the old Tribunal as well as reporting patterns.

As far as Pre/Post-game chat, yes that does get recorded. There's a misconception it's not because there are technical issues preventing them from being included in the provided chat logs.

If the big problem is outside the game, make a note of it in the Commenta section of the report.
