Fps drop

So I'm getting weird fps drops where my game slight freezes. It happens around 2/3 times per game and it's always around the same game time even if I'm alone or at base . Pc 32gb of ram R7 1700(watter cooled) Rx vega 64(water cooled) Ssd (games on it) ×3 1tb hdd running in raid Mobo msi gaming plus Windows 10 pro I've used land connection and wifi adapter I have my settings 4k max capped at 80 fps and I uncap sometimes . (Only cap it since my monitor is 4k 60 fps with and freesync support) I've played with free sync of and on) Ran the game as admin Made sure nothing is running (even tried stopping Windows programs) Tried reinstalling on both the raid and ssd I
