If u get perma ban and are still allowed to play if u make another account u should be able to get ur skins on another account! Otherwise ur just stealing peoples money riot!

yes but this community has the biggest pusssy/cry babies doing the banning and regulations. U could breath on these people and they would take offense and suspend/perma ban you in this game. Tribunal is down atm. Punishments are regulated automatically.

Tribunal has been down for a while dude. When initially testing the new punishment system people would review the results in order to make sure it was working as intended. Once they determine that the system was fine it was left as an automated system. Rioters will only look at chatlogs and punishments if a ticket is submitted or in other special cases.

Be reminded that no one forced you to buy skins with your own money. Anything you purchased is under your own will & responsibility.

You also agreed to the Terms & Condition about acknowledging the fact that Riot still owns your account, meaning that you're just some guy who rented it. And you also agreed to have Riot ban your account if you were behaving as such in the following list at Code of Conduct.

Your own performance is abysmal. Quickly skimming your match history it looks like you mostly win games only when you came close to not being such a burden on your team.

Well there's your problem then. You're complaining about Matchmaking yet you're the one not trying and putting in the actual effort to succeed on your smurf account. Here's the reality: If you don't put in the effort to improve then matchmaking will just pit you with and against people of lesser skill than you. Why? Because MM attempts to make you with players of equal skill level, yet here you are intentionally not trying as hard as you could. That's not Matchmaking's fault that's your fault. Rather than complaining about your teammates focus on improving your own gameplay instead.

Just saying, but just by the behavior that you've displayed in your posts in this thread, I'd say that you totally deserved your perma ban. And everyone knows that when you get a perma ban, you lose access to the content that you had. You broke the rules, and these are the consequences. Maybe next time, follow the rules that Riot clearly set before you, and you won't lose your content OR your account. :)

You agreed to Riot's terms of use. If you didn't agree to Riot's terms of use you shouldn't be playing THEIR game and you definitely shouldn't be spending money on it.

Seriously, this is like signing a rental agreement saying thay you wont blast music in the middle of the night, continuing to blast music even though you are warned multiple times, and then claim that your landlords are "stealing" from you went they evict you and take your deposit.

i do talk about the game and game play of that player just because i tell them that they are trash and a piece of crap even if u do tell them how to improve they don't talk it nicely they just start talkin crap back to you thats when i mute but then i get the gang up and get a 4 man team report which in turn results in a ban or chat restrction and after a time the perma ban

It's a game that you play with people of all shapes and sizes. There's also this thing called basic human decency. The mute button is there to prevent further toxicity and is not a "get out of jail free" button as you so seem to believe. Don't believe me? Well here's the official Riot stance on this issue from the Tribunal FAQ:

What's the point of having a language filter if I can get banned for 'adult' language? We aren't out to punish players who use adult language; in fact, very few players are ever banned for saying stuff like "f***, I missed that skill shot" or "damn, fing close game!" However, the language filter is not an excuse to verbally abuse someone in the game. When you verbally abuse or harass someone by calling them "fing *****" or "ngger noob", that's when you've crossed the line and will be punished by the Tribunal. I've said this before and I'll say it again, we aren't trying to clean online games of adult language; we're trying to reform or get rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass other players.

Why is verbal abuse punishable if there is a mute button/language filter? Players shouldn’t need to rely on features like the mute button or language filter to engage with other players in positive ways. When a player verbally abuses another player and forces him to use the mute button, they have already created a negative experience for that player.

Bottom Line: If you can't interact with other real people in a civilized (i.e. neutral or positive) manner then Multiplayer Online games are not for you.

I know better than to act like a jerk just because things don't go my way. You obviously seem to think that being a jerk is perfectly fine and that anyone who says otherwise is wrong, yet you're banned and I'm not. I've been playing this game since Season 2 and have never been warned nor banned. I have also received special rewards that only players who haven't been banned get (i.e. free random skins). I get mad at people too when they act up or don't do what needs to be done to help the team win. However, I never take my frustrations out on them in-game, nor do I add them just so I can insult them afterwards. You may not like it but this is Riots house and Riots rules. If you can't handle that then don't play Riots game.
