I think the OP means......

Say I want to play Master Yi jungle, I highlight the champ I want to play (Master Yi) and paitiently wait for my turn to pick.

A teammate notices my pick and says, "Are you really going Master Yi jungle?". I say, "yes". He says, "We need a tanky jungler" and then uses one of his bans to ban Master Yi.

Now, I'm upset because he banned Master Yi, so I pick Zilian jungle.

Btw, I never did this, but this is a real story I witnessed

Essentially, someone doesn't like your pick and bans the champ you wanted to play.

Honestly, the thing I hate is when you almost get through an entire champ select, someone dodges, and you get placed back in a new champ select.

Unfortunately, one of your "teammates" from the previous champ select screen is placed on the opposing team. That person bans the champion you wanted to play.

whenever that happens i always do the following steps 1.pick nunu 2. ghost cleanse 3. type you are gonna int like theres no tomorrow 4. someone dodges seems to be working just fine

I agree that its super annoying, but I do think it needs to remain an option for situations like, last pick wants to play a pick or ban champ that would screw your team over if the other team picked it. But I really really wish people would stop banning their teams pick intent just because they don't agree with the choice. Reportable offense, I think.
