2nd accounts should be linked to the first one and/or put into a special queue

It might be a bit hypocritical of me to say this personally since I use secondary accounts, but I believe that multiple accounts under the same e-mail or whatever can be used to set up a league profile should be linked such that they get put into a special queue for smurfs. This would work in such a way that we have games of only smurfs (kinda like how some game that I forgot the name of put all the cheaters on a cheating server) so we can at least limit the # of smurfs just dumping on newbies for the sole purpose of deriving fun by beating people sometimes at the level of intermediate bots. Though I am writing this because I had to deal with a bunch of hyper-toxic smurfs who basically kept on insulting me throughout the entire game while I was trying to learn a new champ on my sub account
