Perma Name Ban possibility? Help

So i was previously reported for an offensive name (Nut In My Vagina), which i understand why i had to change it. It was mildly offensive and direct, I get it. Im not arguing it. But im here wondering two things.

Can this current name be banned? PERSONALLY i dont think its offensive, its humorous and childish but not really offending anyone.
Ive tried reading all the posts about people getting perma banned for offensive names and it seems fuzzy. people claim to get banned, but riot says they dont perma ban for offensive names, but just make you change it. This is what happened to me but after seeing all the posts im just a little scared. If a rioter could help and post here that yes this name is considered offensive and yes people CAN be perm banned for offensive names then without a doubt id pay out of pocket to change it.

UPDATE: Within two hours of posting this thread i got an 8 day ban for an offensive name, last time i kindly reach out to riot

I'm not really in on what their standards for name changes are, but yes, if you do repeatedly choose offensive names after being forced to change it you can eventually be permabanned for it. If you're worried about your name you should be proactive and submit a Support Ticket to see if they are ok with it or you can get it changed for free.

In addition to what DTN said above, I'm pretty sure that including genitalia in your name can put you at risk for a forced name change. In general, if in doubt, don't risk it.

I don't know if curse words can, frankly. But there is, to my knowledge, a general agreement that sexual crassness isn't really appropriate in the community. Again, I could be mistaken, but I would not suggest the OP risk it.

lol dude your current name is in no way any better. you should just play it safe and just get a family friendly youtube worthy name to avoid salty idiots from reporting you for low hanging fruit reasons like these, cause when the game detects just a few "kys's" in chat they will perma ur ass, thats riot's policy.

Vulgarity is also against the rules. It doesn't matter what your or anyone else's opinion is riot sets the rules.

P.s. me personally I really don't care what your or anyone else's name is... (I rarely even notice summoner names in game it's just (hey "insert champion name here" can you.....)

My summoner name is ReiDasPorcas which means King of Pings, just got a message from riot saying i have to change my name because it was reported as offensive. Unbelievable censorship i might say, imo Sejuani
