Word from the wise, you can afk, feed, fuck a monkey, kill a monkey, then fuck it again, and riot will not ban you, HOWEVER if you have any comments about these actions your ass is on the block for them chiraq savage to smash.

Riot takes trolling very seriously and you can get banned for trolling

In your case, you are correct when you said you didn't chat, but your in game behavior was often much worse then a few toxic words. This wasn't behavior in one or two games, but a traceable pattern that goes back a few months. Intentionally feeding, blowing summoner spells at random times, buying multiple boots, multiple tears, teleporting into base and running back and forth and of course, the non-stop pinging that you would do to your team mates. In fact, when you get really upset it looks like you just decide to ping all the time stopping only for the forced cooldown period and then starting back up again. Even when asked to stop you continue to do it for no real tactical reason. Perhaps to force an early surrender so you can get to the next game since you know that pings are not currently mutable?
Regardless that behavior isn't acceptable and intentionally trolling games and ruining them for others can and will result in your account being locked.
Even if we forget the fact that the use of the word "monkey" can be taken as a racial slur, i do not think sinking to a troll's level is worth it. Furthermore, afks do not happen enough for yor outbursts when they do happen to recieve a "permanent ban" unless you are triggering them with your toxicity. Going further then that, if they are afk why are you talking trash to them, they aren't even there. I think the most logical conclusion is that you are lying.
In other News: I don't believe Riot after all these years saying they have toxicity under 2% or something like that when this guy has been playing since Beta and JUST now got banned. Lol I wonder what their numbers will be after this system stays a full year. Riot - "Toxicity has risen to an astounding 70%".
No Riot it's always been at 70% you guys only catch 2%.
