So does anyone actually ever look at the riot reports or is it just all damn computer base? I disconnected for 5 min max for 1, ONE, I will say it again, ONE game and get throw into low priority.

Leaverbuster works independently of reports. It also takes into account occasional crashes or personal emergencies.

If you were put into low priority queue, I can guarantee it was not your first disconnect.

So, to answer your questions, it is pretty much a computer that handles leaves, without reports. However, I would encourage you to exaggerate less when requesting information on PB&J systems, because it is usually very easy to spot.

Did you stay idle for longer periods of time? Leaverbuster recognizes this as well. If you decided to afk either at base or somewhere else on the map for a long time, without disconnecting from the game, you will be punished.

Either way, Leaverbuster never punishes anyone because of a single dc. I have dced from 2-3 games in rapid succession back on euw, never had a Leaverbuster punishment.
