What to do when you get in a game and someone is trying to derank themselves?

Was just in a pre-game lobby, luckily someone dodged, but a player said that he was going to troll because he wanted to derank himself. What can you honestly do besides have someone dodge that game? I know that I could play through it and report him after but i shouldn't have to deal with players doing this.
