Does the automatic system detect an internet outage?

Reason ask is cause me and my brother were playing an aram match (which we were on the final push for the win but lost cause we were both kicked cause literally our whole service area went out) I know we lost cause I pulled up our match history on my phone...

But will the automatic system give us a game restriction because of this? I'm not salty or mad cause this stuff happens just wanna know if this is gonna hurt us, neither if us have had any punishments and just wanna know what were lookin at when we log in.
