Stuck in Honor 0 for MONTHS

So a friend of mine logged into my account and got me banned back in mid to late September. I know its my fault, so i changed my password and accepted the ban. Before I was banned I was honor 5, and after the ban it was reset to 0 and locked. After about a week or 2, I got a message after a game saying that my honor was now unlocked and I could level up to 1 and back to 5. Sounded great. But it wasn't, it was a huge lie. Ever since I was unlocked and able to earn honor, it hasn't gone up since. Its been stuck at level 0 for 4 months. That is ridiculous. I used to level up from 2 to 3 in 2 weeks. For me to go from honor 2 to 5 it took less than a month, and I can't even go up a single honor stage in 4 months. Not to mention I don't get keys, and I didn't even get my end of season rewards. It feels like complete shit that I look like an asshole because someone I knew got me banned. And yes, I changed my password now so no one can ever get back in. I wish riot would respond because they never responded to anything I've said before about this so, awesome guys.
