Someone I know got onto my account and got me banned

A player on League of Legends got onto my account and got me banned by using profane and vulgar words. I have chat logs of the event and then he deleted them. I also have multiple people to back me up in case you need proof (3 people). He somehow got into my account and used it to flame other players, then sent me a notifications saying that "Hope you enjoy your ban" to which i responded and he promptly deleted his messages. I have had honor five on this account since the second week of the honor system and now that is completely reset and so are my free skins. I am so beyond upset and cant believe this happened. Please, is there anyway to fix this, and is there any way I can change my password and get my honor back? Also, as some more evidence that this person was on my account, I have played a few games with him on stream on twitch and I can show you commonalities in his speech. He says "I lag" a lot and "nah dude" constantly. I know this doesn't seem like much but literally EVERY game I have ever played with him he has said that. Also, I have no toxic reports on this account prior to this. I honestly still cant believe this happened, but I also want to point out in the chat logs he says to "report me" Why would I ever want someone to report me and ban me? It's obviously not me.

Start a ticket with riot support, I think they can check IP addresses and stuff, hope it gets fixed.

TBH my this happen to m y cuzin... but he was hacked by someone very far from where we live.. They may unban you and u can still get rewards but riot cant give u back ur honor. Their system does not work like that... My cuzin was honor 5

Don't try to "bump" the support ticket I believe that just makes it take longer for them to reply

Update: Ticket still not checked after 4 days. Hoping they'll get back soon.

Update: After waiting 4 days for some employee to respond, all I get was

"I checked your account and didn't notice any unauthorized access or compromise. As that's the case, I took a look into this punishment and can see why it was placed. You consistently insulted other players and used highly offensive language to do so. The terms used are absolutely not tolerated on the RIft, regardless of intent or context, and as such, your account has been escalated to a suspension."

So after giving this rioter all the information and evidence and waiting so long, he doesn't look at any of it and hands me a big "fuck you". This is the worst support system I think I've ever seen. They didn't look at the person who got me banned. They never issued a penalty to him, but they did to me???? That is the dumbest thing I have ever seen.
