i got banned for something i didnt even do,it said 3rd party program,n they dont even know wats wrong,i play like a year,i playing clean n working hard to build my char but now suddenly get banned permanent because 3rd party program tat this game didnt even know wats wrong,wat a moron game,better dont waste ur money on this stupid game

As for your permaban, you can always contact Riot support. Send them a ticket.
You'll want to contact support, but if it's for suspected cheating/scripting they're going to give you very little information. If Riot is convinced you cheated there is little you can do to prove them otherwise and they don't release any information that might help the script programmers identify what the problem was.
Personally, I find your 10/1/0 ranked Irelia game highly suspect. From your match history, this was not only the first time in a long while where you were on summoner's rift but it's also the first time you actually played Irelia. This wasn't against a team of full bronze 5 either, but upper silver.
Is such a score unheard of when playing a champion for the first time? No, but at the very least it's extremely suspicious.
