Just as the title says, i call out a feeder and when i say something in return to this feeding bastard i get reported and BAM. my account instantly banned permenatly. i cant say how many times this has happend to me to where i get a chat restriction or so forth. but to ban my account because i started off with, play defensive. i get in an argument and its "banned your not welcome here dont ever come back". And im like, really? I love this game and its my favorite game but for me to spend a good 700 something dollars on it. yeah? 700$? never saved up that much for anything. And im the one at fault. its not matchmaking or the fact that i try and have fun and win a game. its the fact that i say stop feeding and get a bit mad? and for riot to send me my chat log? Why dont you make me sound like the bad guy some more right? God i love this game but i hate how this happens.

Yes, it is literally your fault. You can't ruin everyone else's game just because you're not having a good time. If something makes you not want to play, you suck it up and get over it, not spend all game arguing in chat. That's called being a respectful person, and more importantly it's called following the rules. If you don't, you're obviously going to get banned.

post your chat logs and people can maybe help explain the problem with how you said it. it's fine saying play safe if that's all you said.

I said play safe and atuff at forst but after they kept overextending and whatever not listenting to anyone at the end of the game i was just calling them out

calling people out, you can do that, but you have to actually trying to help. calling someone out just because you are angry at them isn't going to help and causes problems.

right way:

finding out how they are getting caught, and if it's just from over extending, just letting them know that it's not safe to go that far. if they don't listen, that's out of your control, but at least you know the jungle will be there and you can plan for that maybe.

wrong way:

be insulting and angry towards them (this doesn't help you, doesn't help them, but it does help the other team a bit. calling them names of any kind will not help. telling them they suck or shouldn't play won't help. "stop feeding!" isn't even helping.

basically, be smart about it and clear. if they are rude to you, you can mute and report. if they are feeding willfully, just report after the game. it doesn't help to get angry over it, as you saw the result from that.

make another account, but with an improved attitude. that's one option and i know it looks like a very bad choice, but that's up to you.

another choice, find another thing you really enjoy. i can 100% say for sure, that there are enough things in the world, where you can find another thing that you enjoy just as much as league. how you will find that, i can't say. just try new things and keep an open mind.

what you choose is up to you, but i do hope for the best for you.

what feels hopeless now, won't stay that way. if you truly feel at the lowest point you can go, then the only way is up. trust me when i say that things can improve greatly if you are willing to keep trying.

No it isn't, but even if you were solely defending yourself, there is no way you can get to permaban level by ONLY defending yourself. The system might be dumb, but at that point, there is a problem with you.

Only time i die the most is when im doing great then someone was/is feeding so then i get focused down hard. But 90% of time its late game when i get all my deaths. I never said i was perfect i just said that i shouldnt be punished for calling out people.

Beside ranked isn't something that you can call professional, there are at least some requirements to play ranked games: 16 Champs lvl 30 So nobody ride the bike for the first time ...

And if you play ranked and you suck, you will drop down to bronze. That's how a ladder works ....

Holding back doesn't exist, your teams will always be balanced around your MMR from the previous hundreds of games. If your level is consistently a step ahead of your MMR, you'll climb because you'll be on average the best of both teams and as such you'll impact the game towards victory for your team. Else, you act like you're expected = you play as well/badly as the average in the game = you belong there.
There is a punishment for being bad. It's called losing.

The enemy team should get more feeder than your team, in case you're on a higher skill level than the average player on your MMR. I mean, at least the guy who has to play against you in lane should feed ... (because you're that good ;D) And the enemy has still 1 more slot than your team for a potential feeder (because you're that good and that's the case why you never feed).

The people i usually lane aganst dont feed too hard, maybe like 3 deaths early and one kill. But they try and get back into the game even though they are behind on exp and cs and they dont feed other lanes also.

Fun fact: Even if you were to only defend yourselves from trolls and flamers and ragers, the system wouldn't flag you because you wouldn't get enough reports to actually get hit on the radar.

After reading those boards, you must have already realized that most people don't actually play League of Legends but another game called "Don't bully me or I tell the teacher". Sucks that you had to spend so much money before realizing what's going on. I mean, why spend so much on LoL anyway? The game has been the same for 5 years now. Not even minor improvements. We're still waiting for that replay mode that they announced in season 2. Isn't it pretty obvious by now that Riot is yet another greedy game publisher?

You are the one at fault because you're not some kind of deity with a magical will that fixes things because you said so. Your aggressiveness only stresses out people who are already being effectively living 40 minutes of CC y how behind they are. And it can push some clinical cases over the edge to suicide, although those people would help everyone if they didn't put themselves in danger by interacting in a competitive game online -_- but hey, you don't want to have a death on your shoulders, do you?

Sorry to hear about your ban, but this is obviously not the first time you've been reported and subsequently punished. To get an instaban without any prior warning or offence you must have uttered some truly horrific words. I am pretty sure you saw this coming as you've probably been warned in the past. I hope for your sake though that you can get your account back, and that personal reform ensues as to not lose your equity in the account. Good luck with the repeal system though :/

Well I'm sorry to hear about that man. But if you make another account of play another game with a similar offense system, I would seek advice of others on how you can protect yourself from being punished in the future. Here's hoping for one last chance from Riot eh? :)
