Is there any way to get a perma banned acc?

My account recently got banned, i made a disscussion about this before but that was when i was still mad from the feeders in my game... But im going to from now on im only going to either only do 5v5 premade or mute and randoms i come across. I really had alot of friends i made on this account and i know i made mistakes and kept making them but without my account i feel so empty and this was the only thing i was even decent at in my life. I dont have much social skills and all i wanted is to get somewhere in my favorite game i spent somewhere from 500 to 700 dollars. I honestly learned my lesson and i just want all my friends and the champions ive grown so fond of. Even the ones i hate i want back. Please riot. I know you probably wont care about some random bronzie trying to get his account back because im not important but i love this game i think its important. Please riot please this game is my life and im depressed without it.
