So far I'm aware of: Low Priority Queues - Wait for couple of minutes Chat Ban - I've never got one so how does this work? Can you still read the chat and are just unable to respond? "x" Day Suspension - Can you still log into the client? Or does it prevent logging in entirely? Permaban - We all know how this works

Off-meta bans: You play counterjungle Singed support or anything of the like and your account gets suspended for a long period of time.

While both are called Low Priority Queue, Queue dodge's penalty is a time penalty and Leaver Buster's penalty is a queue penalty. Meaning you don't have to queue up for Queue Dodge penalty to pass, you can just close the client, wait 5~30 minutes and come back and play. In Leaver Buster's case, you have to queue up, sit through the timer, play the game in order for the punishment to pass.

Shield bans is issued when Riot finds suspicious activities on the account, the account will be unlocked if the player is able to prove they are the rightful owner.
Charge backs deal with payment / billing issues and the account is released when the full payment is paid back.
Indefinite player ban
Also there is Charge-Back/Security bans which are basically Permabans till the situation is resolved: paying what you owe and working with Riot to make sure the account is yours/ok!
