Apparently my account has been Permanently suspended but i have recieved NO emails explaining why.... i have put in a customer support ticket, but i would just like to know if anybody else has had this issue. i have been suspended once before, and i was notified as to why. it is unlike riot to permanently suspend without explanation. i would like to know the reason for this action taken against my account.
there is currently a new wave of 3rd party programs rolling out. this is a posiblity but by now means for sure. just wait for the ticket to give you more information.
It could be that your account is included in the wave of third party program bans, or it could be for security purposes. Either way, you'll just have to wait to hear from support to figure it out. If you believe that you have done no wrong, be patient with support and politely ask them to do a manual review of your account. If they conduct the review and find no wrongdoing, your account ban will be lifted.

My account was also permanently suspended without an explanation email. I have a ticket in now which will hopefully yield a response. I don't use any third-party software or any cheats/hacks, I have been a little toxic but nothing crazy, and to my knowledge I haven't broken any ToS.
