Riot Support team

so, i was recently banned permanently for "exploiting" and ive explained numerous times i dont have the internet nor the equipment to even attempt doing so... But Riot's support team, or program, just keeps telling me that they have proven that i was cheating. even knowing that they have no evidence, why do i keep getting the response saying they have proven it? im not always non-toxic in game, im not a role model player, but this ban was unfair and the reasoning behind it makes very little sense. if a Riot employee reads this, please put in word for a Manual review to possibly get me unbanned. this whole situation is annoying and irritating.
