Where would i report elo boosting at?
So i was playing a nasus game, and did incredibly bad, the enemy midlaner not only admitted to being boosted but started asking which one of us wanted to be boosted what catategory would i report this under?

Glad you're bringing this to our attention. That would be something you could submit your evidence to Player Support. You can do that by following the steps below
You'll find them at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and you'll want to select "I have a question about league of legends" then select Games and Features and General Questions and give them any information you can possibly provide

Boosting is only against the rules if they give out their account for other people to play games for them. Boosting by duoing up with smurfs, paid or not, isn't against the rules and Riot will do nothing.
just because they say they are boosting, doesnt mean they actually are.
