Being toxic

My in game name is ReInfined I just got unbanned/suspension for 13 days the reason I got ban was for being to toxic I agree that I said 1 thing that was bad but the main reason why I got banned was telling people to F- Off now I got that ban and it's done but now I also get to miss out on hextech crafting its not very fair considerding in all my games people do the exact thing. I want people to know don't be toxic or you well miss out on stuff and I've learned my lesson for good I've been trying my best in chat to be nice and positive and I hope no other players go through the thing I am. I hope everyone can enjoy the hextech crafting and rember don't be toxic.

Here are some stratagies to help with not being toxic!

1. Make chat small and put it in a corner so you can only see pings.
2. If your really mad take 5 deep breaths and count to 10.
3. Type in the chat bar then erase it.
4. Play in skype/curse calls with your friends so you aren't tempted.
5. Make smurf and practice not being toxic in games on that. (Only do if your really toxic)

Again I hope everyone doesn't go through the stuff I'm going through and went through.
