Question about ban material

Hey guys,

I've been playing for 5 years or so. I've seen it all, regarding behavior, toxicity. Death threats, insults about my mother, extreme racism, people wishing my all family to get cancer, and so on.

A friend of mine got banned yesterday, for "high levels of toxicity", and attached to the ban was this chat log : > Partida 1 > m*: HF ladies! > m*: :3 > m*: YOU ARE NOT. > m*: you're a girl or a %%%%%%. > m*: PERIOD. > m*: i am a %%%%%%... you pick your role. > m*: SEXY > m*: i still need a hug > m*: soooooory :P > m*: she died. > m*: i died too > m*: not workin > m*: g > m*: i am a coward.

Here it is. This is, apparently, **permaban material ** and I really don't get it.

Could someone explain to me what's been seen as so offensive here ? I'm not looking for an appeal nor anything to reverse the ban here. But I do not understand, looking at the community rules, how this chat log fits the bill.

Is it the word %%%%%%? Coming from a self-declared %%%%%%, can we deem it offensive? I mean... I'm thinking about the word "%%%%%" here, as the black community often uses it but it's, somehow, forbidden for other skin tones & types. Also, I'm often saying stuff like "I'm deffo retarded" : would that be offensive? Is the word in and of itself the problem?

I really can't tell what was at play here. And as far as I'm concerned, clarification would probably help me to better fit the "nice community member role", because I must say I've been more than once more offensive than what's stated in this chat log, and got no ban thus far... Are we switching gears ? Has the system became harsher? Anyway.

The censored material falls under the zero-tolerance policy. Hate speech, racist comments, death threats and the like all fall under it and receive a 2-week ban as the first punishment as you shouldn't need a warning to know that it doesn't belong here. If he got a permaban then most likely he already had a prior punishment and this pushed him over the line. If he would like to appeal his ban then he should file a Support Ticket asking in a respectful manner if they can get unbanned, but if you ask me I don't see them getting unbanned.

OK, so that was indeed the use of that censored word that pushed him over the line. Do you happen to have a list of those forbidden words? For me, "%%%%%%" isn't really insulting. It's, surely, borderline, but I don't find it worse than "retard" or "you piece of shit", or "i hope your fat momma dies", or "CANCER CANCER". Which seem to be very fine by the current standards since I've been reporting those for years, to no avail. Can I can some structure here? The Forbidden Checklist ?
