Is there any way to just disable chat ? because i always find myself flaming if someone messes up too hard, help me

Pretty sure in the config files, you can manually re-bind chat to some other key (or key combo) that's far less convenient to hit than Enter. If you just don't want to see the chat, you can mute people every game, or even move the chat window so it's mostly off the screen and you can't see what's actually being said.
Beyond that, it's probably a good time to also work on your self control. Yelling at people over mistakes is pointless. Other players know when they make mistakes. They don't need their team berating them for it, and doing so will only result in them playing worse, you playing worse (cause you're not paying attention to what you're doing anymore), or both.
