Riot and its content creators

Recently, tyler1 got banned from league. I find this unfair. Last year, i had two chat restrictions and Ive stopped flaming in game because i am scared of a permaban. Many people have used a lot of money on this game , and i don't think that banning players is a fair use of power. If a player is flaming, there could be a system implemented where instead of permaban, the chat could be removed for that player, and there will be a lack of extra content for that player due to behaviour issues. I just think that because of the amount of money some players have given to riot, permabans seem abit unfair. it is obvious to everyone that riot wants our money, making some skins over 20 dollers, this is just my opinion, let me hear yours!
