Today I got a 10 game chat restriction and my honnor level dropped at 0 the thing is that i had another account which i got 10 games chat restricted and my honnor level was for the rest of the season 0 level i was getting honnors and it was still 0 it happened to my friend too the same as me i need a rioter to answer

Why do you need a Rioter to answer ?
Im pretty sure that somebody thats not a rioter can answer as well

When people receive valid reports, that aren't enough to trigger a penalty, it still affects their progression through the honor system. This is often times what creates the perception for honor 0 players that it takes forever to climb. They think that just because they are getting honored and not penalized, it must mean they are progressing. This is not so.
