The Issue with Joining a Premade Team of 3 or 4.

After smurfing on my new account, I came across a problem that occurs the most on normal matches, and occasionally, on ranked matches. I sometimes run into (toxic)premade teams of 3 or 4. Now this problem happens mostly on normal matches because of the role call system.

     For example, in one game i called top as Renekton; but being in a premade team, someone apparently already has that role, even though they did not call it. Then, entering the game, he would call come top, and take all my farm, forcing me to move to jungle without smite. I played the whole game as jungle Renekton, and ended up losing. My score ended up being 1/8/3. I'm pretty sure the whole (premade) team reported me for trolling and going jungle without smite, because i got put into a queue  shortly afterwards. 

     I thought that was pretty unfair for me, because I got put into a Queue just because 4 people reported me. I don't know whether this happened because of the amount of people that reported me, or if Riot actually thought i was trolling. I personally believe that riot will believe in reports more if more people did it, as opposed to if only one person reported it. 

     Now I played a lot of games with premade teams of 3 to 4, rarely to my enjoyment. This causes a lot of problems such as a whole team harassing the player, or like the one i faced, where the whole team was able to get the player wrongfully reported.

    There could be many solutions to this, like adding the lane selection to normal games so that you get the lane you want even if you cant call it fast. Or a way to ask the player if they feel comfortable being in a premade team. 

    Now here is the question: What is the best way to fix this, or should Riot even do something about this? Please share below. Also, if you have had similar experiences, I am open to hear it. If you are opposed to anything I said, I would love to hear that as well.

    Finally i would like to state that I am not opposed to premade matches, and i myself love playing with my friends and boosting them, however, we let players who call first get the lane they want, and let them have fun when playing with us. I just do not like when the other player on the team feels uncomfortable, pressured, harassed or left out during the game due to premade games.
