That's a bug, try starting a new Queue where you DIDNT invite them.

Let's be clear: That's not a ban, that's a queue dodge penalty. And if you read the text in the notification, the reason it is there is because the people you are partied with recently dodged a game (left during champion select). You must wait for any queue dodge penalties on any of the players in your party are over before you can all join the queue.

If you were to queue up by yourself, or with a different party without either of those two players, you wouldn't have to wait.

Um, that's not a ban. If you leave during champion select you get a penalty that makes you wait, if one person in your premade group does that the whole group they are part of has to wait. Just wait or remove the people who dodged the queue from your group. This is basic stuff dude.

Actually, I've posted about this before. It's not cool that you're penalized LP and a loss in series when someone ELSE in your group (whom could be a complete random stranger you met last game) dodges or spaces out.

It's not a bug, that's how it's designed. And it's not right at all.
