So after losing my promotions to Silver 4 (for the first time) I climbed back into my promotions. I got my "free" win, however I lost 1 game and I had 1 win, 1 loss and it came up "Series Completed" and I was sent back to Silver V. I thought u were allowed 1 loss... Can someone please explain?

Did you dodge a match? Dodging during series counts as an automatic loss, and will also forfeit your Promo Helper win next time.
