Riot has disappointed me today

Hey guys,

I just received a 10 game chat ban, having never been punished before in my over 5 years time in this game. It should be noted, that when I started this game, I was probably a toxic 16 year old like half the community. I am 21 now, and as long as everyone tries or takes advice, I am usually pleasant in my matches. I had a game last night where I went urgot top and my duo went jungle. We tried fighting fiora, and quite frankly we were outplayed pretty bad. I ended lane about 0/4 I believe. I was ganked a few times, and our mid failed to ping and galio also ganked a few times. The galio only ulted once or twice, the rest he ran into my lane. After my fourth or fifth death, I re spawned and started walking to my lane. I was suddenly disconnected. It was frustrating, but i came back fairly confident that we could win.

Next thing you know, the Pyke immediately accuses me of rage quitting and says I am getting reported. I grew frustrated and called him and idiot and said that I was disconnected. He says I am getting reported anyways and calls me a liar. I fight back a bit, but ultimately we move on. A little bit later, our velkoz mid chimes in and tells my duo partner that "it is time to find a new duo lmao". At this point I have tried my absolute hardest to turn this around, so they are definitely being difficult. Within moments of typing that, velkoz misses every ability and is outplayed. I do call him an idiot and to not talk shit anymore. The game ends and Pyke types in all chat to report me for rage quitting the match, I quickly scramble to protect myself. Immediately following the match, within seconds, I get no notification and am demoted to honor 1. Here are my logs:

Now i will acknowledge I may not be an angel here...I get it. But really? 5 years and this one incident lands me at honor level 1 and a chat ban? I am just shocked. I am sure that anyone who has played more than 10 games has seen people spew pure hatred into the chat. And what happened with this pyke and velkoz? Trying to get teams to gang up on you is not a violation? Over a lie? It is sad that their logs arent here. Additionally, are warnings not a thing at riot anymore? Anyways, I just wanted to share this with you guys. Do not ever lose your temper I guess. Does not matter how long your history is or if people are actively trying to get string of reports on you.
