So last night I banned this dudes champ, then picked his second pick. Anyways they were support and they put on smite and stole all of my camps. I reported them. THEY ARE STILL FUCKING PLAYING THE GAME

Excuse me, guys, would you kindly calibrate your moral compasses? OP is a jerk and you may not like it, but not only was retaliation towards him disproportionate, he also uncovers a very real problem - a very obvious pattern of griefing that is outstandingly easy to track and doesn't get banned on a single report.
Banning one's champ is a valid tactical choice and it's not even the topic of the post.
