I was recently banned for 14 days due to being toxic in one game. First off, ONE game? You're going to lock me off my account for 2 weeks due to a one-time toxicity? Second off, the only reason I was toxic was because the enemy team(made up of what I'm assuming was a trio queue due to it being flex queue) flamed me and constantly harassed me because I voiced in all chat that I thought Darius was op. The enemy ADC flamed me calling me mad and bad countless times along with the enemy support and mid laner. Although I admit, I did call Darius a "%%%" (which you will see in the chat logs) I can't believe that the enemy team did not get punished for harassing me all game. I also can't believe that I was instantly (within 2 minutes maximum) banned for 2 weeks. I completely believe that this ban was unjustified and was made hastily by the Instant Feedback team and deserves to be relooked at.

Here are my chat logs on what I typed (When I call jhin and lee mad and bad near the end, I was impersonated the enemy ADC.) There's nothing to debate here. You used a homophobic slur, which Riot has a clear zero-tolerance policy for. You're lucky that your apparently otherwise clean account got away with only a 14-day ban. Many get immediately perma'd for doing that. Nothing else really matters, ESPECIALLY not the words/actions of the other players. You're responsible for yourself.

That said, you were fairly unpleasant for the rest of the chat log, too. I wouldn't have been surprised to see this log contribute to a chat restriction, absent the slur.

Riot does tend to take the use of hate speech fairly seriously, and while it was only one word of it, it is present. If you add that in with the other verbal abuse, then I can see why this game led to you being reported by your teammates.

As far as why it led to a 14 day suspension, this is probably not the only game that led to your punishment. Riot sends you the recent chat logs in your reform card, but that doesn't mean they are the only instances of reports that you have received. Recent comments by Rioter's in some of these threads have listed as many as 75 reports on a thread poster from the time of their last punishment to the time of their ban, in a very short span of time, when they were sent 3-4 games worth of chat logs. So, while it may look like you are being banned just because of this one game, that is probably not the case. If you would like more information on it, you can always submit a ticket to player support asking for a bit of clarification as to whether there were other games/reports beyond this one.

One last thing, as you have been issued a temporary suspension, please, for your own sake be cautious. You are at the third tier of punishment, and ANY further violations of the terms of use can/will result in a permanent suspension of your account. It doesn't have to be a large infraction, and it can take many months for you to drop back down to one of the lower tiers of punishment (I've seen anywhere from 2-7 months). As you have seen from this ban, even the use of a single word of hate speech is enough to flag an account for a ban.

just because they show you one (recent) game, doesn't mean you weren't validly reported in multiple games.

Hate speech is not tolerated so it will skip punishment tiers.

Keep in mind your next punishment is a permaban, and the system currently has deemed you to be extremely toxic. Any mild chat that qualifies as a valid report will get you punished.

If you value your account, I suggest you /muteall and don't chat until you get a system notification that you have reformed.
