Trolls

Okay so I pretty much got a que timer cuz i felt bad for the other guy who had to sit through all of this troll during the pick phase. This guy was spamming cumshotz and banning my champs. This whole group banned my and this guy's champs. Like wtf they even said they were trolling. We need an option to report during pick phase. Riot if you care plz help your community.
