My friend logged onto my account as in while i was logged on he started to play so he played a game WITHOUT consent and started cussing at his team using the "N" word getting me banned

Shared Accounts is against Riot's TOU. The only way your friend could log onto your account is if you shared your information with them. Never mind the spamming of racial slurs; this alone would be enough to get you banned.

it wasnt shared i was logged on right i was getting some drinks for my guests and he decides to go on and do whats shown above sense today we made plans to go out

It doesn't work that way. The account showed the poor behavior and the account got punished for it.

If you're upset that your friend got your account banned that's a problem you have to take up with them.

AFKing never results in a ban -- it's handled by Leaverbuster. Turning off the computer, shutting down the modem, etc. were all likely your best options, as was "not leaving your account logged in around questionably trustworthy friends."

Well unfortunately that's not something that's provable. Even if it was actually your friend, Riot has no way to confirm it wasn't you. Racial slurs are usually an instant 14-day suspension, though tiers can be skipped depending on the severity of the behavior (IE if it's bad enough, it could result in an instant permanent ban).

You can always submit a ticket directly to Riot Support, but I suspect they'll tell you the same thing.

You shared your password with someone else. You compromised your account by doing that. The ToS for this game forbid you from sharing an account with another person, period. (Let alone someone who starts insulting people ingame)

You may get a 15 minute leaver penalty, or possibly 14 day suspension. But not securing your account (logging out while your away from your keyboard), in which someone took control of your account. In Riot's rule and words, you allowing it to happen, its your fault. Perma'd*[slayer-jinx-wink]*

Gonna have to go here for that. Just keep in mind of 2 things.

One,

Just like any other time a friend breaks something that belongs to you, you two have to work out what will repair the friendship.

They could make it up to you by giving you enough cash to buy enough RP for every champion and skin you owned on your old account. They could sincerely apologize. You could end the friendship. Or whatever makes sense to you.

My pet lemur logged onto my account and he started typing racist shit. But since its my account, I have to take full responsibility even if it wasn't me.. Because it's MY account, thus entrusted to me and me alone. The same logic should apply to you. Not only that, but he wouldn't be logging onto your account if you didn't share your information with him.

EDIT: I read through further comments and a more thorough explanation of what happened... unfortunately you should have just quit the game. It's already been explained that leavebuster and IFS are two separate systems. Sorry that happened to you.

If at the point where you could have disconnected, there was nothing done, then it's your fault that you didn't kick your friend off the moment you saw them on your computer.

If at the point where you could have disconnected, your friend had already used hate speech, you're going to be punished no matter what.
