Cause you know.. as an adult I should be able to say #### in any context that I please and not be reported by people who just want to abuse just how easy reporting is.
Seriously. Turn it on. Use it. But most of all Riot. Fix it.
You should implement a system that if one person reports so many people for "Offensive Language" then their filter is turned on so many games just like that of chat restricts.
