Make trolling reportable

We all know that insta lock person or the yasuo saying he can carry or when ur doing fine and all of a sudden they start cursing at u because u should be in there lane 247 or even if u pick a champion that they dont want you to and say im going to troll because im in gold and u all are stuck in bronze so I dont care. Please make this a real thinig beacuse alot of people can understand how I feel (mabye) [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

From what I can gather, you reference two occurrences that make you mad.

Instantly locking a champion isn't punishable because it's not against the summoner's code.

Trolling and toxicity are both punishable if you report.

I'm so confused. Your title and the content don't match up. Yasuo saying he can carry is not trolling. People cursing at you is not trolling. Insta locking is not trolling. But just so you know, actual trolling IS reportable.
