Give LP back from other troll games

This has happened to many times when playing in my ranked games. I just walked into my series and someone literally ints for no reason. Just got done from a game with a Tyler1 wannabe trying to get another account banned and I lost my series again. I understand I am good enough to get back to it, but that's at least 2 games to get back to the series and another to win it. That's not accounting for at least one loss somewhere in there and the potential for another troll. I think Riot should just implement a way to give back LP to players who lost it from trolls.

Why is this downvoted. THis is a problem regardless of it is seems like whining or not. It is a problem Riot should address. It does't "balance" over time. It is just a persistent problem we aren't fixing.

The problem is that any system of LP forgiveness is, ultimately, abusable. I'd imagine you'd see a HUGE uptick in reports for trolling as people start just reporting anyone who doesn't do well in hopes of getting that LP back.

I know it's frustrating, but, if YOU don't troll/AFK, then the odds are in your favor: 5 slots where the enemy could get an AFK/troll, and only 4 slots where your team can. :)

I understand that, but it's not like that it will be easily abusable. Riot would still check to see if it's true that someone was trolling. I used to think the same thing and just be hopeful to get LP back but after just a couple of years of playing I'm tired of my time being wasted by trolls. I mean one troll game is already a waste of around 20 minutes unless your team opens. Then it will take at least a game or 2 to get back where you were. so there is a hour and a half to an hour just to get back to where you are supposed to be to begin with. It gets annoying after awhile.

This would be an issue if Riot cared about trolls in the first place. The only time reports do anything is for toxicity, pretty much. Riot always uses the excuse that it's hard to discern intentional feeding/trolling from just having a bad game/playing off-meta. In my opinion, I don't care if you're trying or not, playing Soraka top vs. Darius and going 0/8/0 should be reportable.
