Perma Banned

So i was just perma banned i think for a game i just had for "toxicity" when i wasnt being toxic at all. The enemy team decieded to report me just out of pure spite. After constant bashing from a lux that was using extreme vulgar and insulting comments to me i decieded to mute him/her. then i got feedback after that game saying i was permaent banned for toxic behavior. I think the perma ban was unfairly given to me and i want to post an appeal

Perma-bans are very rarely 'out of the blue.' Post the chat logs; the community can take a look.

log into the acc or check the associated e-mail. The logs should be there and you can copy-paste them straight or you can screenshot them and post them on imgur then link it here.

where i said i wasnt ganking bot lane anymore, there after you can see i said i lied not in /all to but to my team to try and trick the enemy team... where i sadi something to the top lane about being 2-7 he was flaming me for apparently not being good but i said no insulting things to him. at the end i was telling people to report the blitzcrank for leaving and thats there the lux was being very insulting to me saying things i wont repeat on here, so i decieded to mute him. i think the whole enemy team was playing together so they said they were gonna report me and i really dont feel like i should have been perma banned for this.. ive spent a lot of time playing this game and a lot of money.

Asking for reports is never needed. 1 report is the same as 9. Asking for reports is punishable as it creates a very negative enviroment.

In the e-mail they dent on your 14 day ban they inform you that next punishment is a perma ban. Also you have a history of toxic behavior it is not a single game.

While this isn't the worst log I've ever read, the reason it caused a perma is that, when combined with your history, it shows that the way you treat others isn't going to change, so it's better for everyone that Riot just remove you from the community permanently and so they gave a permaban.

It's a case of a lot of little/medium things that added up if this is truly 'as bad' as the logs get.

Teemo's job as the adc is to attack whoever the highest priority target is that's within range without getting killed. If it's the support then so be it. Most of the time (if it's a gank) the support is the free kill anyways. A kill is a kill; stop raging.

I can tell without the scoreboard that you're not playing 'fine.' Lashing out at the team will only make them play worse and lower morale; some of them will secretly hope that they lose so that you lose too. Not helpful at all.

The logs do give quite a bit of context on their own. Saying top is 2-7 is an insult itself; the fact you kept poking about it reinforces it being used as a insult.

The system also already knows Blitz left. That's why he shows up in red in the post-game lobby. Leaverbuster will trigger for him regardless, but people can add a report too to give written context on the leave reason. Only one person needs to report it though; we don't need 9 people reporting to the weatherman that the sun came out. They know.

Even if all of both teams reported you, it would just give the same output 9 times. The instant feedback system is triggered by a report, then checks the logs and gives an output. If you were innocent, then it would give the same output (ignore; false report) 9 times and still count as one event since it's the same game. Premades hold no extra power in the system. The rioter that designed the system flat out told the community that multiple times (I wish everyone knew this).
